Japan Day Exhibition

The Embassy of Japan in Fiji in conjunction with JICA Fiji Office will organize “Japan Day Exhibition” at Suva Civic Center Lower Hall on Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17, 2009. The exhibition will start from 2:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday. Admission is free.
This exhibition gives the opportunity to the people of Fiji to experience more about Japan and its culture. The program includes screening the famous anime movie “Nausicca of the Valley of the Wind” directed by Hayao Miyazaki, Japanese Comic Books and Game/Quiz about JICA/JOCV. The exhibition will be enjoyed both by adult and children. In addition, information about the Japanese Government Scholarships and activities of JOCV (Japan Overseas Co-operation Volunteer) will be also available.
