Provision of Mobile Audiovisual Examination Vehicle to Project HEAVEN Trust (Grant Contract signing ceremony)

On 23 January 2026, under the supervision of Honorable Mr. Penioni Ravunawa, Assistant Minister for Health & Medical Services, a signing ceremony for “The Project for the Provision of Mobile Audiovisual Examination Vehicle in Fiji” under the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) was held. At the ceremony, Mr. TAKADA Isami, Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Japan in Fiji and Mr. Nilesh Reddy, General Manager of Project HEAVEN Trust signed a Grant Contract (G/C).

Based on this G/C, Project HEAVEN Trust will receive a new four-wheel-drive Mobile Audiovisual Examination Vehicle equipped with soundproofing facilities, which will enable the Trust to bring healthcare all over the Fiji.

Councellor Mr. Takada expressed his hope that “today’s assistance will brighten the future of Fiji’s children and communities, and further strengthen the unshakable bond between Fiji and Japan.”
