Farewell Ceremony for Recipients of the Japanese Government Scholarship (Teacher Training) and the Japanese-Language Programs for Foreign-Service Officers and Public Officials

On Friday, 13 September, the Embassy hosted a farewell ceremony for recipients of Japanese Government Scholarship (Teacher Training) and Japanese-Language Programs for Foreign-Service Officers and Public Officials. Four recipients received words of encouragement and their air tickets from Ambassador Oshima. Three recipients of the scholarship will participate in training courses at universities in Japan by March 2015 . One recipient of the Japanese-Language programs will join Japanese classes at the Japan Foundation Japanese-Language Institute, Kansai, by May 2014.
