Japan’s Prime Minister, Mr. Naoto Kan congratulates the People of Fiji on the 40th Anniversary of Independence

Mr. Naoto Kan, Prime Minister of Japan, extended his sincere congratulations to the Government and people of the Republic of the Fiji Islands, on behalf of the people and Government of Japan, on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of Fiji’s Independence.
