Report of Japanese Government of the IAEA Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety - The Accident at TEPCO’s Fukushima Nuclear Power Stations -

On 7th June, 2011, Japanese Government published the report, which outlines series of events which happened at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station since the earthquake and tsunami on 11th March 2011 and lessons learned from these events, as requested by IAEA. (Link to the report)
