The Handover Ceremony for three projects under the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP)

On 11 March 2020, a Handover Ceremony for the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP) programme was held at the Convention Centre, Funafuti, Tuvalu. Mr. IWANO Taisuke, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan, handed over the following items to each of recipients:
 
  1. A brand-new 4,000 litre water distribution truck to Funafuti Kauple
  2. A new 9 seater user-friendly school bus for students using wheel chair to Fusi Alofa Special School
  3. A new 30 seater school bus to Fetuvalu Secondary School
