The send-off reception for the third batch of scholarship recipients (Fiji, Nauru, Tuvalu, Vanuatu) of the Pacific LEADS Program was held at the residence of the Ambassador of Japan to Fiji. Ms. Petlisa JACOB gave an address as the Pacific-LEADS participant from Nauru.  (20 Aug 2018)
